The role:
We are looking for highly motivated and hard working Business Development/ Sales Executive.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will use your experience, energy and skills to engage with Senior Managers at large corporations and introduce our services. This is a target based position that will require end to end sales to include Account Management. Excellent career progression, full training, benefits, good basic and commission are all provided.

Key responsibilities are to:

  • Researching & using current generated leads to prospect new clients.

  • Qualifying leads & developing into sales via a range of activities to include cold call approaches.

  • Using these leads to create appointments for colleagues or directly proposing appropriate apartment solutions.

  • Working with the Reservations Team and Client Service Managers to ensure client needs are met.

  • Ensuring all actions fall within the company ethos.

  • Developing & building meaningful lasting relationships with clients.

  • Attending some networking events as required.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Effective internal and external communications skills.

  • Excellent record of meeting & exceeding sales targets to include lead sourcing and pitch targets.

  • Degree qualified.

  • Demonstrable ability to develop leads into returning clients.

  • Excellent customer service skills and Account management skills.

  • Excellent negotiation skills.

  • Detail orientated and methodical in keeping records up to date on company CRM systems.

  • If you are fluent in another language then this could be an advantage!
