New Business Sales Lead

£30,000 base total OTE circa £35k pa. 30k+ quarterly OTE of 4 x £1,250 calculated using a combination of overall performance, personal revenue booked, and overall company-wide metrics e.g.. profit, revenue.

About the role

My client work with many of the best-known companies in the world to deliver internal communications programmes to improve how employees think about the information and data security.

To take advantage of a booming cybersecurity market, we need you to join our Sales team to deliver a high volume of new business and give our delivery team as much work as they can handle!

You will report directly to the MD.


- Develop and manage your own relationships with prospects
- Sign new clients and grow our New Business revenue
- Provide clear, accurate reporting at all times
- Manage your own time effectively, including whether to execute something yourself, cost-effectively outsource it, or hire additional sales staff
- Understand our customers and their needs, our market positioning/points of differentiation, and our products/services
- Make sure we use the best tools for CRM, generating proposals, email campaigns etc.
- Work directly with the MD to agree your quarterly and annual sales targets for New Business revenue

About you:

- An articulate communicator and know how to put people at their ease
- Comfortable operating at all stages of the sales funnel, from cold calling to negotiating contracts
- Hungry for success
- Naturally organised and methodical in how you work
- Comfortable selling in a corporate environment
- Understand the power of good data, CRM and visibility
- Can track your approaches, react to results, and evolve your plan
- Seek out feedback from customers and prospects, good or bad
