They are looking for junior/entry level candidates to join them within a busy office dealing with phone calls and general administration duties. The role is the first step within the company, however, responsibilities will gradually grow with experience as they aim towards future promotion within the company.

As one of the UK's leading independent manufacturers of panel products and distribution of sheet materials, the manufacturing department "Creative CNC" requires that the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:-

- Enthusiasm and work ethic to challenge themselves in a busy office environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (a good telephone manner is very important).
- High levels of customer care.
- Positive can do approach.
- Computer and IT literacy, including a basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
- Willingness to learn new skills 'on the job' both as part of a team and on their own initiative.
- Experience in an administrative role preferred, but not essential.

Duties would include:-
- Working in a busy office and acting as first point of contact for inbound calls, dealing with customer queries & problem solving.
- Contacting customers on a daily basis to book in deliveries.
- General filing and updating production excel spreadsheets.
- Managing stock control of office stationary and raising PO's with suppliers.
- Entering sales orders and works orders onto our Bistrack system.

Salary and benefits:-
- Salary between £15,500 & £17,500 (depending on experience)
- Hours: 08.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday.
- 20 days holiday including 8 days statutory holidays.
