A large Engineering Company has an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller (FTC 3months) to join a team to work in Slough

As a Document Controller you will:
Manage the requirements for document control on one or more bids to ensure implementation and compliance to standards established within the Business Management System (BMS)
Identify contractual requirements in relation to document control
Ensure that procedures are fully implemented in order to meet requirements of the BMS and other documentation and information systems, e.g. Business Collaborator

You will have:
*A good understanding of IT and the Business Collaborator EDMS
*An ability to understand how the operations of the department relate to others and work collaboratively to obtain the best outcome for the business
*Good interpersonal and communication skills
*Determination to see tasks through to completion, with excellent planning and organisation skills
*Good experience of document control gained within the construction sector
*To operate, maintain and assure the projects Business Collaborator Electronic Document Management System
*To administer the Business Collaborator Electronic Document System and provide periodic and adhoc reports
*Provide support, advice and training of general users within the project
*Day to day receipt transmission and storage of information on Business Collaborator
*Ensuring the accuracy of formal contract/project documentation
*Quality review of all submissions to ensure compliance with formal submission criteria
*Maintenance of relevant document registers
*Ensure that document control procedures are adopted for all documentation
