£30,000+ Uncapped Bonus (5k)

My client is the leading intelligence service for the Tech industry, is looking for a talented marketing manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a growing, high-yield subscription product. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to identify, drive and execute our campaign strategy. You will be expected to take the initiative, develop and communicate new ideas and play a vital role in the revenue growth on this product.

Required

  • Subscription campaign marketing experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Excellent written English and copy writing skills.
  • Analytical skills - produce meaningful analysis based customer insight and campaign results to identify further opportunities
  • Experience in using marketing automation software and google analytics
  • Organised and efficient
  • Enthusiastic, committed and motivated - initiative to streamline current methods and propose new.
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Key areas of responsibility

  • To pro-actively manage subscription sales through working closely with the sales team.
  • Manage all marketing campaigns and functions, testing new ideas
  • Develop new initiatives to increase subscription engagement and retention based on customer insight and online statistics
  • Track & analyse results in order to improve future performance and ROI.
  • Develop a marketing plan that aims to over-achieve the forecast.
  • Improve demand generation, lead nurturing and scoring

Acquisition & Online Marketing

  • To manage the creation and deployment of all promotional activity to ensure timings sync with key features, such as events and rankings.
  • To co-ordinate the building of relationships with new partners that can aid in maximising the product’s exposure
  • Development of a coherent online strategy that encompasses email activity, re targeting, social media & content marketing
  • Liaison with the product manager on paywall strategy and ideas for driving quality convertible traffic to the website (and converting those when onsite)
