Consumer Affairs Officer – Fraud
Location: Central London
Salary: Circa £31,000 - £42,500 per annum plus an annual performance related bonus and a fantastic range of benefits

Our client currently have a fantastic career opportunity within their business as a Consumer Affairs Officer. Your main focus would be to manage, resolve, analyse and report on consumer enquiries, complains and helpdesk referrals. Supporting a variety of sectors and using your strong communication skills you will provide both the consumer and company members with both positive and negative feedback in a constructive way to improve the entire experience for both parties. While managing complaints you will be looking to analysis and spot trends looking for areas of improvement and feeding back to the compliance team should you spot any member compliance issues.
To be successful in this position you will have/be:
- Relevant work experience is essential within a complaint, consumer affairs, compliance or fraud prevention environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office packages
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills
