You will be working under the direction of very talented Head Chef in this award winning kitchen.
You will have preferably come from a rosette background and be passionate about producing food of an extremely high standard.

We are looking for an individual with a creative eye and who is attentive to detail.
As a pastry chef you will have flair and imagination and be able to produce high class dishes.
You will take full charge of the pastry section and deputise in the Head and Sous chefs absence.
The right candidate needs to be able to show flair and passion and the ability to maintain consistency.
Skills should include bread making, petit fours, menu development and all normal aspects of a high end Patiseur using only the best ingredients.
Salary is negotiable upon experience.
