Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join their market leading company based in Milton Keynes.

As an Accounts Administrator, you’ll be responsible for performing a range of accounting tasks to support the smooth running of the business.

Main responsibilities will include;

  • Daily bank reconciliations, including resolving any related queries both internally and externally.
  • Weekly reconciliation of credit card receipts to statements.
  • Process and upload staff expenses weekly.
  • Complete month end expenses file.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of vehicle leasing schedule.
  • Maintainance of the fixed asset register.
  • Monthly analysis of accounts
  • Reconciliation of petty cash.
  • Ad hoc requests.

Skills required

  • At lease one year experience in a finance position.
  • Good excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
