This exciting company and market leader in its sector is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help drive their growth online.

As the Digital Marketing Manager your duties will include:

• Attending regular customer meetings to fully understand individual account on line needs and requirements to best promote the sales of the companys products.
• Facilitating the needs of channel marketing in developing and managing the customer web portals to deliver exceptional service to our internal and external customers.
• Analysing and interpreting customer data in order to help support the sales organisation drive profitable growth.
• Understanding and interpreting competitive information from the on line arena.
• Developing strategy for selling direct to end consumers via applicable on-line channels.
• Working in conjunction with finance, logistics & sales to ensure profitability and scalability for all direct on line sales.
• Supporting the efficient clearance of OSMI through on line market place & auction sites, to maximise the financial recovery opportunity this channel represents.
• Working with internal design team to educate designers on creative developments for use on the web (Banners, eMails etc).
• Developing all eMail campaign creative with the guidance and support of the Global eCommerce team - building eMail schedules and developing content plans with relevant stakeholders.
• Working with internal teams to push existing tools and understanding future needs and synergies.
• Ensuring that SEO best practice is delivered on all websites to maximise the brands exposure for defined keywords.


• Sales & marketing experience in an online arena.
• Ability to build strong internal relationships that deliver in the face of challenges.
• A strong, professional, communicator able to work with people internally and externally.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS for eMail.
• SEO, PPC and overall SEM experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse & process customer data & website analytics and thereby make data driven decisions.
• A passion for everything ‘online’.
• Creative and innovative.
• Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks.
