Badenoch & Clark are currently working with a fast moving organisation based in Cambridgeshire who are looking to recruit a Financial Accounting Manager. Key areas of responsibility will include:

1.Full management of the cash flow of the business including oversight of the daily cash flows prepared by the head cashier.

2.Full management of management fees, overseeing intercompany invoicing, dealing with annual fee indexations and credit control as required for all three entities. Providing further reporting and information as requested by clients. Full management of profit share provisions

3.Line manager for Accounts Assistants (responsible for invoicing) and Head Cashier.

4.Dealing with group insurance policy including group recharges, renewal information and budgeting.

5.Completion of debtor slides for month end board pack

6.Site visits to support and train as required including working with the internal audit department.

7.Assisting with the year-end audit visit and dealing with the queries as appropriate

8.Support to trust companies and investigation of all queries.

9.Balance Sheet reconciliations

10.Bank Reconciliation reviews

11.Responsible for VAT for three independent entities with vat exemptions and irrecoverable vat.

12.Assisting the Head of Finance with all ADHOC duties.

13.Recruitment and training of staff.

14.Assistant in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

You will be a detail orientated finance professional with a passion for the transactional elements of finance. Experience from a large, highly transactional organisation is essential.
