We’re looking for an experienced Integrated Account Director to join an exciting Bristol based agency to work on b2b accounts. You’ll be working across numerous campaign and areas including strategic comms, brand management/delivery, plus conferences and events (attending and ensuring content is relevant).
Your client base will be B2B focused - we’d like you to have some B2B client experience but will happily look at those with consumer too if you have great brand/business strategy experience.
It’s an all-encompassing, hands on marketing role for someone with superb copywriting/content management and good branding experience. And this will give you the chance to really get under the skin of the clients’ brand.
You’ll be happy to work independently and be proactive in your approach.
Duties will typically involve:
Maintaining and maximising client relationships
- ? _Overall responsibility for a portfolio of clients and shared responsibility for many clients; ensuring clients are serviced to the highest standard, whilst developing the long term growth of the business up selling and cross selling in a proactive manner
? _Building strong relationships
? _Be client focussed and look to completing a task, which will have a positive measurable outcome
? _Have an awareness and analyse the client and their market
? _Understand the client and their business issues
? _Deliver and exceed client and company expectations
? _Evaluate client accounts; drive account plans
? _Creative thinking and on-going problem solving
? _Increase client perception of the value of our contribution, maintaining and improving company reputation
? _Supporting the team with new business opportunities including proposal writing, research and presentations
? _Help to produce and win opportunities
? _Have fun with the clients!
? _Ensure the smooth process of projects from initial brief through to completion
? _To coordinate resource as per the project process
? _To action, plan in and project manage relevant client requests
? _To create estimates, budgets and timing plans
? _Quality control - proof read and check all work
? _Communicate with the internal team and keep everyone in the loop at all times
? _Build trust with clients.
