Sales Support Executive
Based: Malvern, Worcestershire

Salary: £18,000 - 25,000 + benefits

Our client, a market leading, highly successful technology company in the US has now begun their eagerly awaited launch into the UK market. To support this and in adding to their team, they now seek a motivated, dynamic and organised Sales Support profession to provide operational and administrative support to their Account Managers, assisting in all matters related to the sales process and in the delivery of excellent customer service.

The Role

Based in Malvern, you will support the sales team, having a clear understanding of customer’s needs, the product benefits and the sales process. Assisting in the accurate administration, customer relationship management, organisation and delivery of excellent service, you will communicate to stake holders at all levels, working closely with the Account Managers and supporting them in their drive for sales.

The timely communication of objectives and agendas at all levels, the coordination of meetings, trade show activities and promotional events will be required as will the ability to assist across all areas of the business when required.

The Person

This is a new and influential role that will suit a bright, organised and efficient individual who has a desire to join an energetic team and progress their career in an exciting start up environment. Our client seeks a reliable and diligent professional, who embraces a challenge and enjoys communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. Ideally you will have experience with NetSuite, Oracle or Salesforce. Taking pride in the delivery of sales support, accurate administration and high quality customer service will be the key drivers in your pursuit of success. Your ability to develop collaborative relationships, embrace a teamwork ethic and perform under pressure across all facets of the business will be essential, as will a level of charisma and empathy when engaging with clients.
