Public Practice Specialists Clark Wood are currently working with a leading UK firm of accountants who are seeking to recruit an ACA / ACCA Qualified/Part Qualified Accounts & Audit Senior to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will ideally be qualified and have experience in all aspects of general practice work including Accounts, Tax and Audit.
You will be responsible for managing, controlling and conducting the audit fieldwork for a diverse range of clients, developing strong relationships with those clients, and helping to win new clients for the firm. Your work will also include preparation of financial statements for audit and non-audit clients as well as the associated tax compliance work.

Duties and Responsibilities
Planning, managing, controlling and conducting the audit fieldwork for a portfolio of the firm's clients under the direction of the audit partner and manager group
Preparation of statutory accounts for audit and non-audit clients
Building and maintaining client relationships
Managing and developing junior members of the team
Preparation of Corporation tax computations and returns
ACA or ACCA Qualified/ Finalist/ Part-Qualified
Experience of leading Audit Assignments
