LinkedIn Business Development Executive

Salary: £18,000 + bonus


Really B2B is an award-winning business-to-business marketing agency experiencing exciting growth. Nominated for Best B2B Marketing Agency in the 2016 B2B Marketing Awards, to support our growth in the long term we’re looking for a Business Development Executive within our agency based in the 1000 Lakeside campus in Portsmouth. Working closely with the marketing and sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads through LinkedIn InMail.

Role responsibilities

  • Awareness of and adhering to B2B data laws and process to ensure best practice
  • Broadcasting InMails, managing responses and setting up F2F meetings for the sales team.
  • Awareness of latest updates on LinkedIn for B2B lead generation.
  • Maintaining relevant, up-to-date insight on the CRM.
  • Working closely with the sales team to schedule calls and follow up when required.
  • Ensure that all InMail communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image for Really B2B.
  • Awareness of and adhering to B2B data laws and process to ensure best practice
  • Continuously delivering against targets and KPI’s.
  • Reporting on results daily.

Experience and key skills required

  • Proven experience of using LinkedIn.
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
