Working with fresh ingredients , in a lovely team, the menu is seasonal, using high quality ingredients. The restaurant inside this great hotel offers a great dining experience to their members.
The brigade works well together, serving lunch and diner and special events on occasion. It is an amazing opportunity which doesn't come often. This kitchen is very stable and rarely have position.
The ideal chef will need to start at 7am until 4pm to prepare the staff food and then helped in other sections. The role will allow you to cook to a high standard, working 48hours/week, Monday to Friday. The salary offered is £24,000/year to start.
