Are you a detail orientated, data driven, organised soul who is capable of building internal relationships and influencing senior decision makers? Can you explain why the benefits of quality data to lawyers and influence them to change their methods? Have you a proven track record of doing this and are keen to apply it within a corporate, legal environment?

The role is a key position within the broader marketing team, you will work closely with the CRM manager to champion the quality use of data. You will start with the the cleansing and preparation of the existing data for transfer into the new CRM system which you will assist in implementing. You will then be a true advocate and spokesperson within the firm of why the data quality needs to be maintained for the benefit of all. The maintenance, development and regular upkeep of the CRM system and the use of it will be the key for the role but on top of this will be ensuring that maximum benefit is received from the new system through testing and constant improvement of processes and practice.

In order to be successful you need to be the true advocate that is described above, you need to be able to demonstrate a track record of adding value to a business via the production of top quality data. Ideally you will come from a professional services background having worked for a top legal, accountancy or other professional service background but individuals from other corporate CRM environments would be considered.
