Financial Reporting Manager
International Business Services Company require ACA/ACCA Financial Reporting Manager to ensure the completion of Statutory Accounting and Reporting for all corporate entities in IFRS.
About The Role
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller the Financial Reporting Manager will ensure the timely and accurate completion of Head Office and International Accounting in accordance with FRS102. Key duties include:
- Statutory Accounting & Reporting for over 20 entities in FRS 102
- Completion of company VAT returns
- Corporation tax and international tax planning
- Transfer pricing
- Setting budgets and review meetings with Head Office divisions
- Intercompany accounting
- Fixed asset accounting
- Accruals and prepayments
- Preparing audit schedules and audit liaison
- Managing a team of 2
ACA/ACCA Qualified you will have a proven track record in Financial Accounting and Reporting within an International Accounting environment and have excellent knowledge of IFRS and FRS 102. In addition applicants will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to both inform and challenge existing ideas.
