Person Specification - SEN Maths Teacher
The right candidate will be an experienced SEN Maths Teacher who has worked with SEN pupils before or a Maths Teacher with 2 years' teaching experience wishing to make a transition into SEN teaching. As the new SEN Maths Teacher you will have the drive to manage behaviour well in class and design lesson interesting, interactive and challenging lessons for the group at hand. The school wants to see a SEN Maths Teacher who has the motivational skills to get the best out of those around them, staff and pupils alike. The ideal individual should be able to give insight into all the content on the curriculum with even the most recent changes.
