Marketing Manager - London Docklands - To circa £47,000 plus bonus
Zachary Daniels Recruitment is currently working for a leading premium and luxury products group, responsible for standard-setting products and brands known globally. To further bolster brand recognition and sales, they now require an experienced Marketing Manager with an understanding of premium/luxury marketing comms to drive activity across all channels.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Plan and manage the Comms strategy and budget, adapting the global plan to suit the UK and Ireland market, including the promotional calendar and all associated activations with a 360 / omni-channel approach: advertising, digital / social media, events, display and merchandising activities on wholesale and retail.
-Manage, lead and develop a team of marketing professionals
-Advertising - represent the brand with media partners working closely with key agencies and internal PR Manager to leverage every opportunity.
-Manage the e-commerce and corporate website in the UK to reach sales and traffic targets and continuously ensure the good representation of the brand with content, UX and catalogue.
-Closely collaborate with the PR Manager on events and sponsorship activations, social media, media campaigns, product launches, corporate comms, social media, budgets and strategy.
-Design, produce, install and maintain the branded fixtures (Shop-in-Shops) and customised displays in the retail and wholesale networks, both in physical stores and online.
-Communicate and manage the use of POS and training material to ensure all retailers adhere to training and display guidelines as set by HQ
-Work closely with the Sales Team (Key Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Visual Merchandisers) to maximise joint advertising opportunities and develop promotional POS activities for physical and digital stores
We're seeking someone with a strong background in brand marketing and comms within the luxury/premium product sector, which could mean (but is not limited to) Beauty, Clothing, Watches, Jewellery or similar. You'll be able to demonstrate strong multi-channel marketing experience, with a good grasp of the latest trends within digital and social media. Experience of maximising sponsorship agreements would be great, and you'll be someone who enjoys managing and developing others. French or German speaking ability would also be an advantage.
