Our Marketing and Communications department connects us with students, alumni and businesses through a strategic programme of highly-effective brand and corporate communications. We're looking for a new member of the team to help us deliver on an ambitious programme of events that aim to raise our profile and enhance our reputation.

The Role

Take the First Step in your Event Management Career at a World-famous Institution

You'll support the London Business Schools central events team by carrying out important administrative work with care and precision. You'll take responsibility for delegate management, updating and distributing the events calendar, monitoring and answering guest enquiries via email, and updating event databases. You'll be part of the team at the events themselves, providing on-site support to the Event Managers, registering, ushering, and liaising with guests and suppliers. This is a great platform from which you can develop specialist skills and build a career.

You'll be based at our beautiful Regent's Park campus, a location within easy reach of London's biggest railway stations and easily commutable from most of Greater London and much of the south-east. Part of a team running events on campus and at some of London's most impressive venues, you'll:

* Work as a central point of contact for the team, providing outstanding customer service
* Generate guest lists, event badges, event packs and collateral
* Build effective relationships with people from across the School and with external suppliers
* Communicate confidently and professionally with guests and speakers at events
* Manage our events email inboxes
