Product and Marketing Analyst

Are you passionate about products? Do you have a natural flair for marketing? Then we might just have the role for you!

Working with a developing business, TO Resourcing is supporting our client in finding an experienced Product and Marketing Analyst. The successful candidate will help develop the programme along commercial lines without losing its uniqueness.

Product element - Data and trend analysis, yield management, market intelligence, customer understanding and operational delivery all need to be factored into the product development alongside working with the Contracts and Operations team for fulfilment.

Marketing element - Employing a marketing-led growth strategy, the successful candidate will also undertake marketing analysis to enable the marketing team to target and analyse campaigns. There will also be development of the CRM and the ability to better analyse customer behaviour, building RFM models, rebooking trends, online behaviour etc.

The Role

This role will report to the Head of Product and will have considerable interaction with the product experts, contracting and operations team.
You will create and analyse a range of data, providing insight on trends and supporting the product development strategy.
Based in the Wiltshire office there will also be occasional travel to other UK offices.


Understand and report to the product team on business performance
Understand and report to the marketing team on campaign performance and customer behaviour.
Ensure delivery of regular reports on time and without error
Identify and investigate trends to improve the company's business strategy
Customer focused, ability to review customer trends through NPS and CSQ analysis
Work with stakeholders in your team to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for analysis insight to inform their decision-making
Self-manage and delivery of analytical projects:
Efficiently extract relevant data
Appropriately use statistical and data analysis techniques
Communicating your findings using impactful visualisations
Balance multiple priorities, updating stakeholders on progress and expected delivery
Encourage and train department members in best practice use of company data, analysis techniques and interpretation

The Candidate:

Experienced data analyst professional with a background in product analysis.
Commercially strong ability to interrogate and amalgamate data from a variety of sources.
Sound understanding of Excel and Filemaker, google analytics and ideally, SQL.
The ability to write queries and specific reports.
Outgoing personality and keen to build relationships across the entire business.
Excellent at manipulating data and identifying trends.


Comfortable extracting data from Filemaker and other data sources.
Knowledge and experience of SQL and GAAble to conduct statistical analysis or experimentation with a business focus
Skilled Excel user; Able to understand and build complex spreadsheets
Organised; can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure
Confident communicating effectively with people of differing levels of seniority, analytical understanding and from a wide variety of backgrounds.

Additional Skills:

Experience with dashboarding / visualisation software like Tableau
Experience working in a customer service environment
Experience in digital (performance) marketing or customer management

Salary c22-25k DOE
Hours of Work - 9am-5pm Mon-Fri
