We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in Groundworks in the Cheshire area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to grow and excel within a company that has been awarded the Investors in People Gold award! (Only 2% of Businesses accredited to the IIP Standard, Nationwide, have been awarded GOLD and they are the first Construction Company in the North West to have achieved this status).

The successful candidate must have experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Industrial/Commercial sector ideally specialising within a Civils/groundworks environment and will combine high professional standards and strong commercial acumen, a "can do" attitude and a desire to grow and develop with the business.

Duties will include:

· Preparing full bills of quantities

· Estimating/negotiating tenders

· Valuations

· Variation accounts

· Agreeing final accounts

· Cost analysis
