Graduate Engineer required in a highly successful manufacturer with a global client base offering comprehensive training and development.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in mechanical engineering or relevant discipline, 2.1 or higher. A year in industry or work experience would be beneficial but not essential. Within your degree you need to have gained an understanding of materials research and development.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering graduate to join a well-established, global leading organisation. The company supply products to the automotive industry, you will be responsible for product development including the test and development. This includes making sure Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is maintain throughout the process.  You will be dealing with suppliers across the world, you will be responsible for supplier part testing, design verification and final delivery inspection.

The company offer one to one training opportunities with industry experts. You will also shadow someone for the initial term of employment. Long term you will have the opportunity to travel and meet suppliers all over the world if desired and progress to senior positions.

The role:

* Complete development of the product from request of part thru to stock delivery.

* The role will include Part identification, OE referencing, product specification, supplier search, supplier testing etc.

*Working with suppliers across the world.

*PPAP testing to ensure manufacturer quality is achieved.

* Progression and training opportunities.

The person

*Engineering Graduate, minimum of 2:1 (Mechanical Engineering preferable).

*Understanding of materials research and development.
