My client is looking for an ambitious, excited but mouldable dynamic Marketing Assistant ready for a new challenge to join their multi-national financial consultancy company. They are seeking someone who will be a value-adding and contributing member of the marketing team whom takes pride in their work and realises the huge opportunity available.

In return my client, an ever-expanding market leading consultancy firm offer an excellent opportunity for autonomy and progression within the marketing sector reporting directly into the group head of marketing. Since inception the company has grown year on year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Updating and posting content on corporate social media pages (LinkedIn and Twitter), writing engaging posts and tweets focusing on brand and analysing effectiveness.
  • Write compelling and relevant press releases for public use.
  • Updating the company website using the CMS - blogs, press releases, new consultant bios.
  • Proactive support of sales team with bespoke content - presentations, bids and account updates.
  • Report on insights from all campaigns to ensure effectiveness.
  • Keep up to date with competitor content and activity.
  • Basic in-house design work using Illustrator, including sourcing imagery and updating company documents as required.
  • Assisting on the coordination and provide support on internal and external events.
  • Ensuring brand voice and consistent representation through all activity both internally and externally.
  • General ad hoc support to the head of marketing and wider management team.

Key skills and personal qualities required:

  • Confident communicator, happy to liaise and advice at all levels of the business.
  • Creative writing skills and understanding of audience and tone in the different levels of the business.
  • Ability to manage workload and maintain quality.
  • Supportive and takes initiative without need for micromanagement.
  • Impeccable eye for detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects at one time
  • Experience using email marketing software
  • Strong digital experience - social, ATS and CMS

ESSENTIAL TO HAVE experience in content writing and project management.

PREFERABLE TO HAVE experience within marketing in a recruitment company.

PREFERABLE TO HAVE a degree.
