As Business Improvement Manager, you will use a systematic approach to analyse and evaluate systems and process change. You will take a proactive approach, identifying opportunities for improvements in all areas of the office administration support service. Redesigning and streamlining work practices through planned and controlled interventions and support. You will balance key project work with the continuous improvements that can be made to current business administration practices, processes and systems.

Working with the Executive team you will support them through this period of transition and cultural change whilst gaining the necessary buy-in from the team, to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of the changes. You may also be required to assist with recruitment.

Whether you are an experienced Business Improvement Manager, Process Improvement Manager or Administration/Office Manager, you will have a strong aptitude to analyse and interpret. Covering both systems and processes your attention to detail and insight as well as the ability to produce accurate documentation is paramount. Possessing excellent management skills along with IT skills you will be fully conversant with the use Microsoft Office packages (MS-project a plus) and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion
