Our client is a leading technical advisor to the global energy sector. They provide consistent integrated services including technical and marine assurance, advisory, risk management and offshore classification to enable safe, reliable and enhanced performance in projects and operations. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all new projects have the correct financial data, documentation and access to the relevant CRM systems. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of internal invoices, conduct financial analysis of projects for monthly reviews by management and assist colleagues who have questions regarding accounts, projects, services and procedures. Candidate Requirements: · Experience in a similar position and relevant qualifications · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident building relationships across multiple disciplines · Good organisational skills, able to prioritise workload effectively and work to tight deadlines · Good technical skills and attention to detail · Team player and able to work with minimal supervision The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, possess the confidence to liaise with members of staff at all levels and have excellent attention to detail.
