With a staff of over ninety people and a turnover of £7m, we up-skill more than 85,000 people each year and work with businesses and other stakeholders to create innovative skills solutions.

Now, we're looking for a Business Relationship Manager to join our passionate team.

As a Business Relationship Manager, you will develop and manage a network of accredited training providers to maximise sales of Lantra's training and qualification products.

Working closely with our Market Development Manager, you'll build an understanding of potential markets for Lantra's products and create a sales plan.

As part of your role, you will be required to visit customers throughout the UK.

Specifically, your duties will involve:

- Developing and implementing a network development plan and identifying gaps in provider coverage
- Facilitating and growing repeat business from existing providers
- Acquiring new customers
- Liaising with training providers to strengthen relationships and increase loyalty and product sales
- Ensuring that an effective account management process is in place
- Acting as a point of contact and interface between training providers and Lantra

To be considered, you'll need:

- Experience of customer account management
- Previous experience gained within the plant, construction or waste industry

Confident and proactive, as a Business Relationship Manager, you'll have a strategic mindset and excellent presentation skills. You will also be able to distil, extract and understand information from customers in an effective way.

Ideally, you'll have experience in training and development, but this is by no means essential.
