Site manager / Installation Manager required by West Yorkshire based M/E Building Services specialist
In this job you will have a leading co-ordination role for the installation of process cooling, air conditioning and ventilation in the Food industry. The starting salary for this role will suit either an ambitious and professional site based individual looking to move up to site management, or an early career existing site manager looking for a role where they can develope their existing skills and progress their career.

You will be responsible for:
* Co-ordinating the installation of M&E services to customer sites
* Work closely with the client, site team and head office to ensure all financial, performance, programme and quality standards are consistently achieved
* Responsible for a number of concurrent projects running at the same time
* Responsible for all Health and Safety documentation and procedures for the installation
* Carry out detailed site surveys for installations designs
* Manage the suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure delivery of the project to suit the programme

Candidate Experience needed:
Five years' minimum practical installation management in the Food Industry, M&E or related fields including:
* Planning, directing and controlling site activities
* Agreeing scope and priorities of work with clients
* Producing and checking RAMS
* Working knowledge of CDM regulations
* Progress reporting
* Experience of safely moving large items of plant

Ideal Training & Qualifications needed:
* HND level qualification in an Engineering or related discipline
* Management level qualification in H&S
* Developed IT skills (e.g. Excel, Word, MS Project etc.)
* Full driving licence
* CSCS Card
