A well-established Main Contractor based in Essex are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator who will be working out of their Epping Forest office. Key responsibilities will be prioritizing, logging and managing different calls, providing good customer service to clients, dealing with and updating database and spreadsheets, assisting with telephone queries, keeping customers updated, assisting with admin, problem solving and assisting with sub-contractor payments.

My client is a well-established Social Housing Main Contractor with their own New Build developing arm. They do encourage a positive working environment. They are firm believers in enjoying what you do and make sure they provide the best possible environment for their staff. They also have a variety of different exciting projects, this will ensure that each day is a fresh challenge.

The individual must demonstrate the following: Computer literate, Good customer service manor, Administration skills, Good inter-personal skills, able to work under pressure and good communication skills.

My client also encourages progression, so if the applicant is looking to move up the career ladder then there is a scope for progression with my client.
