Building Web Applications from Scratch

Migrating a legacy desktop application as well as implementing numerous internal and external end user features.

A multi asset exchange is seeking a new HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript UI development professional to join their IT Development team based in.
The company is a leader in their field and have drawn their success from an enormous global presence, by providing continuous innovative multi asset management solutions to their clients and themselves continuously investing into their IT department so that the latest technologies and best staff build their cross asset fund and trade solutions.
This HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript UI developer post has a number of duties including the look, feel and usability of the front end and working with the back end developers on systems analysis (design, test and build), technical solution delivery (new projects developed from scratch by working with the architecture team) and support through the go live process. This will not be a role where you just look after the front end but also building the entire web application from scratch.

The role of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript UI Designer developer will need the following skillset:

  • Excellent HTML5 Experience (essential)
  • Excellent CSS3 Experience(essential)
  • JavaScript (essential)
  • Flash (desirable)
  • JQuery (essential)
  • Creativity (essential)
  • High level of both written and spoken communication skills (essential)

The main drive of this HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript UI Developer role is to improve the user experience of these websites and to drive traffic to these websites through your graphic design and user interaction skills. The firm offer lots of training and will need you to drive the strategy of the division. You will be trained in each of these different asset classes so that you can improve the user experience.
