A global international Technology and Electronics company, based in prestigious central London offices, is looking for an experienced Finance Transformation and Process Improvement Specialist to work as part of its expansive Shared Service centre (SSC) project.

Our client is looking for a highly numerate Finance Transformation specialist with multinational finance process improvement experience, who has also been involved in a major ERP process improvement project, upgrade or implementation - Oracle Financials is preferred however experience of another major ERP system will also be considered.

Experience of process improvement using Six Sigma, Agile or Prince 2 methodologies is desired and an additional ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification will be beneficial.

As part of the SSC implementation project, our client has identified the requirement for a Finance Transformation specialist to work on its Oracle Financials systems, ensuring that all leasing accounting reconciliations are accurately completed. You will also be assessing the current accounting reconciliation process and identifying and implementing system improvements on Oracle to ensure effective ongoing accounting reconciliations - a strong knowledge of reconciliation accounting and ERP processes will be essential to success in this role, knowledge of leasing accounting and leasing reconciliations experience would also be highly desired.

This role will suit a detail-orientated, inquisitive and Finance Transformation specialist with Oracle upgrade or implementation project experience - you must have a large company background, with experience of large transactions and dealing on an international basis.

Strong communication skills and ambition will also play a major part of this role as you will be liaising with stakeholders across Europe, as well as playing an instrumental part in the ongoing SSC development and Reconciliations excellence programme.
