REED Accountancy have partnered with a well established Accountancy Firm who are in need of a Part time Payroll Clerk to join their Chigwell office. The payroll department is very busy with 250 payrolls spread over 2 offices of varying sizes and complexity, but with a number of very large and complex payrolls. They are in need of a bubbly person to join the team 3 days a week, who will also need to be experienced in all aspects of payroll, not be afraid of hard work and will cope under pressure, and be able to work independently and in a team.

The successful candidate:

- Full understanding of payroll processing weekly, two weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll processing,
- RTI & CIS payrolls
- Good working knowledge of maternity, sick and holiday payments
- Variety of pension companies to upload pension data on a monthly basis
- Complete P11d forms for clients and advise on payments due to HMRC, as well as claiming NI annual insurance allowance of £3,000 on a monthly basis
- Be confident answering any client questions
- Have previous experience within Payroll in an Accountancy Firm (or Bureau)
