Purchase Ledger Clerk - Mold - £10-£12 per hour

Your new company

An exciting opportunity has come to light in a public sector organisation based in Mold. They have approached the Hays Accountancy and Finance team looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis with an immediate start.

Your new role

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will report to the Finance Manager and work closely alongside the small finance team. Furthermore, you will be responsible for processing volumes of 300 invoices per week, coding, processing, batching, recording invoices and supply queries. In addition as this is a temporary basis due to the expansion of the organisation they need someone who is confident with great accuracy on first time inputting, high standards and an eye for detail.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in your application, you will need previous relevant experience including processing high volumes of invoices and be able to meet tight deadlines. Additionally, you will need to be confident with using financial systems sand Excel.

What you'll get in return
This role is based upon the hours being Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm a week at £10 per hour. This organisation has a fast paced but friendly environment with on-site parking
