Our client is a professional and dynamic Building Contractor with a track record of delivering major projects and complex mixed used development schemes throughout the UK.
To support ongoing delivery on a major project in Aberdeen, they now require a number of experienced Construction Site Managers to join the team.
The ideal individual must have experience of being a standalone Site Manager on works packages and developments above £10M, will come from a recognised trades background and will be able to demonstrate stable and progressive career development ideally within permanent roles with recognised Building Contractors.
You will possess strong management skills of site operatives and trades subcontractors alike and will be seeking to develop your career into Project Management in a supportive culture where delivery is well rewarded with both remuneration and career progression.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and abilities:-
·Minimum of 10 years with a recognised Building Contractor in a Site management position
·Experience of complex commercial or Public Sector schemes
·Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing packages advantageous.
·Ability to relate well to internal colleagues and external client’s
