Highly successful organisation and a household name seeks an Interim Head of CRM and Digital to help give advice and re-organise activities and processes. Reporting to and working closely with the Marketing Director the Interim Head of CRM and Digital would use their experience to:

•Restructure the current Marketing Team using existing and/or new members.
•Plan the digital marketing process and converge the digital functions
•Establish whether the team should distinguish or merge the functions of digital strategy and planning with standard marcoms /media planning
•Provide a digital roadmap for the Organisation
•Assess the digital capability gap in regards to technology and responsiveness
•A track record of effective planning and project management, delivered on time and with high ROI.
•Comprehensive knowledge and experience of digital marketing techniques (CRM, SEM, SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, display, etc).
•Experience of managing digital agencies and content companies.
•Experience of CRM management, mapping and process control
•A history of managing data analytics to deliver insights on digital marketing campaigns. (Google Analytics, Clicktail, etc).
•Strong interpersonal skills and team working ability.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly moving entrepreneurial environment.
•Minimum 4 years experience working in digital marketing and/or working with a digital media company.
•Candidates should be available to start this role immediately.
