Interim Finance Systems Administrator
The Finance Systems Administrator is responsible for the management and maintenance of the Finance systems, primarily comprising Access Dimensions, Access FocalPoint and Asset Manager.
The role predominantly supports the Finance team with a range of applications ensuring Finance processes and controls function successfully, in addition to supporting all end users throughout the Museum. You will need to be flexible and an excellent communicator, able to adapt your knowledge and expertise to meet the needs of a range of customers. You will also oversee the Support Analyst and work closely with Technology Solutions staff with the remit of growing the knowledge and skills of the finance applications across the teams.
The successful candidate will join at an exciting time to lead key work packages for the upgrade of the Access Dimensions and FocalPoint systems during 2017. The right candidate will be confident in taking ownership of this area as well as taking on a principal role in setting priorities and strategy for the continuous improvement and development of the finance system.
Salary:£36,000 per annum plus benefits
Contract: Fixed Term appointment (12-14 months)
