As Loyalty Programme Analyst you will be responsible for providing the Loyalty department with financial analysis of programme, route and product profit analysis, using available data. Specific tasks will include research, analysis, reporting, modelling and other analytical functions such as forecasting and budgeting against programme KPIs.

Day to day

Produce commercial analysis and reports against Loyalty KPI's.

Use insight, analysis and qualitative feedback to make recommendations to Revenue Management and Loyalty to improve Commercial performance and profit objectives.

Develop and maintain monthly dashboards to track Programme, Route and Product KPI's and communicate results in departmental and company-wide meetings.

Use historical data, trend extrapolation, user inputs and assumptions to create annual budgets for Programme, Routes and Products.

Develop strategic insight for Programme, Route and Product contribution.

Develop and maintain specific databases and TM1 platforms to support all work and escalate data integrity.

About you

To apply for this role you will need to have a degree (or equivalent) in a finance, commercial, business or economics related discipline. You'll have proven financial experience which incorporates accounting, budgeting and financial analysis along with the ability to conduct complex analysis, including financial modelling. It would be preferable if you have some commercial airline or loyalty sector experience. You will have proven ability to understand complex issues and determine optimum solutions and be comfortable with interpreting large and diverse volumes of data in order to identify trends.

The type of individual suited to this role will be highly analytical with strong attention to detail. You will be capable of managing discrete projects alongside ongoing operations, with proven ability to work cross-functionally with many individuals across various internal departments. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
