£20,000 Basic salary plus uncapped commission-£35,000 Year 1 OTE
I am recruiting for an award winning, industry leading Recruitment Company based in Manchester.

Recruitment is sales. You should have exposure to direct sales previously (not retail) and ideally be a recent graduate.

What are we looking for?
Most things in recruitment can be taught, especially market knowledge. We do however look for candidates who are driven, ambitious, resilient and motivated. A strong work ethic is essential. You should have exposure to direct sales previously (not retail) and ideally be a recent graduate.
