Data Integrity Administrator / HR Data Analyst

A Data Integrity Administrator / HR Data Analyst is needed to relocate to the British Virgin Islands or Caymans Islands Office for a leading international law firm. Expect to play a vital role maintaining current and accurate information over the life cycle events of the workforce within their Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

Due to continued success they are now seeking a Data Integrity Administrator / HR Data Analyst to join their offices in either the Cayman Islands or the British Virgin Islands.

The successful Data Integrity Administrator / HR Data Analyst will play a key role in improving the effectiveness of data management. Whether you are conducting statistical analysis of HR &/or business data; identifying actionable insights; performing data entry, workflow approvals and exception reporting and audits; building and implementing processes or observing GDPR and standard data maintenance protocols, it will be your excellent ability to interpret data that delivers data management improvements.

To qualify. You should be a Data Integrity Administrator / HR Data Analyst / HR Data Specialist / Data Administrator (HCM) / Workforce Data Administrator or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, HR Analytics or related field;
  • Strong HR administration and technical capability, with proven experience in measurement, data analysis and interpretation;
  • Experience with data analysis, Sage People, Fairsail or other HR Management Systems;
  • Strong security and confidentiality practices;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint & Visio.
