Rent and Service Charge Manager
Your new role:
You will lead the rent and service charge for the group, setting the annual budget setting and monthly close down for the area. You will provide financial services to all departments on fixed and variable service charge, ensuring value for money is obtained as well as calculating any increases/decreases so that rent fraud is minimised. You will have an experienced team of five to support you, therefore housing knowledge is not essential but people management is.
What you'll need to succeed:
You will have a proven track record of producing service charge accounts and rent reconciliations in a large complex organisation. You will be used to working in a high accuracy and deadline driven environment with a positive attitude to learn and grow your own career as well as your teams.
