2nd Line Mitel Support Engineer

Mitel, MiVB, MiCollab, MICCM, Windows Server, AD, Exchange, VMware, TCP/IP, Router, Switch, SAN.

My client is a provider of IT Managed Services and due to on-going success they are urgently looking for a 2nd Line Mitel Support Engineer. As 2nd Line Mitel Support Engineer you will have a proven background in supporting Mitel Telephony solutions MiVB(3300), MiCollab and ideally have some complimentary infrastructure skills such as Windows Server, AD, Exchange etc.

The 2nd Line Mitel Support Engineer will be able to hit the floor running with strong telephony support skills predominantly around the Mitel stack of products. The ability to administer all aspects associated with delivering a robust telephony platform from commissioning to-day to-day support. My client is a busy IT Services provider and as such you will need to be the type of person willing to muck in with outstanding client communication skills bit written and verbally.

My client is happy to help with training and industry wide certifications so a great opportunity to maintain and gain new technical certifications.
