A leading IT service provider has a job requirement for a First Line Analyst to join their growing team in Sheffield. Our client, who operate in over 70 countries and have over 10,000 employees in Europe alone, are Europe's leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services who implement the most appropriate technology from a wide range of vendors to manage their technology infrastructure on their client's behalf. However, the most important part of their company are the services they provide, which is where you come in.
Your new job in Sheffield
In your new job as a First Line Analyst in Sheffield you will be providing a variety of users with telephone help desk support dealing with a range of technical tasks. You will try to resolve queries at first contact, ensuring all calls are logged and tracked on the Call Management system. Where you are not able to solve the query you will pass to your second level support colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience working within a customer-focused environment. With your positive 'can do' attitude, you will have great listening skills and be able to multi task to be able to manage a demanding workload in this fast paced and service level orientated role. You will receive training for the tasks involved in this position.
