HR and Internal Communications Coordinator
My client based in the Hounslow/Heathrow area are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity on a contract basis within their HR team. The role is currently being managed by the HRBP but due to increase workload they are looking to bring in support specifically for internal communications for the company.
Key Duties Include:
- Responsibility for the intranet, posters and newsletters
- Presenting to small groups within inductions
- Assisting with internal documents such as health and safety policies
- Assisting with an office move
We are looking for someone who has worked within a corporate organisation, who is well presented and has the ability to communicate effectively to all levels. Ideally you will have knowledge or experience of Sharepoint/Photo-shop/MS PowerPoint.
The position will be for 6 months with an opportunity for it to be extended at the end of this time depending on workload and performance.
