This company sources buy to let property investment deals across the UK from developers, banks, and administrators on behalf of high net worth individuals.
This is a full-time graduate job opportunity based in Sale, Manchester. Starting salary: £15k.
Key responsibilities of the role:

The candidate will provide support to the sales team by generating incoming leads and enquiries through a range of campaigns. The successful applicant will be a creative individual, well organised, have a high level of attention to detail, possess excellent copywriting and proof reading skills and be able to work well both collaboratively and independently under minimum supervision. As the team is still small and all responsibilities varied, the successful applicant must demonstrate a willingness to help in other appropriate areas where necessary.

Day-to-day activities will include:
* Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
* Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
* Working alongside their PPC specialist and developing SEO strategy.
* Working with their PR agency to build social media strategy for the company.
* Creation and review of email campaigns using Mailchimp.
* Tracking conversion rates and suggesting improvements to the usability, design and content of the company website to improve conversions.
* Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
* Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
* Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
* Liaising with key internal stakeholders, communicating campaign details to relevant parties.
* Proactively update and manage various communication channels including the company website and social media pages to ensure they are lively with relevant content.
* Seek and prioritise new promotional channels to drive and support growth.
* Provide new and creative ideas for campaigns and commercial activity.

Key candidate requirements for the role:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent preferred, though applicants qualified by experience may be accepted.
* Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, especially online, is essential.
* Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
* Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role would be advantageous.
* Can-do attitude with good common sense; creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, great sense of humour.
* Experience or knowledge of PPC, SEO, email marketing and social media campaigns is advantageous.
* Keen attention to detail, including spelling and grammar, with a desire to deliver an excellent customer experience.
* Understand and be able to drive continuous improvement of brand awareness.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate messages in the company's tone.
* Excellent IT skills; Website CMS, all Microsoft applications, Adobe Photoshop and a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
* Able to work alone with direction and to multi-task, work quickly and manage a workload that will vary from day-to-day.
* Good working knowledge of web analytics in advantageous.
* Good time management skills.
* Someone who is constantly looking to self-improve and improve company processes and systems.
