My client are a high end, bespoke tour operator who are currently looking for a Destination Sales Specialist to look after their luxury villa's product. We are open to looking at different levels of experience, Ideally having sold luxury villa's or travel destinations, you could be experienced in working for an estate agent selling up-market properties or even if you are a graduate who is looking to break into a career in the travel industry….your passion for travel and sales is what I am looking out for! I am seeking a highly motivated individual for this role, you must be enthusiastic about joining a dynamic and successful company and committed to playing a pivotal role within the business.

o Primary role is to assist in the sales and development of the company's successful Italian Villa portfolio.
o Selling directly, both proactively and reactively, to clients and approved Travel Agents.
o Researching and developing extra services around the Italian villa portfolio.
o Updating the Villas section of the website to ensure content, pricing and imagery are all up-to-date.
o Production of pre-departure documentation.
o Ensuring imagery is correctly stored for use in client documentation, on the website and for PR/social media purposes.
o Writing villa descriptions, blog posts, PR material and related content as required.
o Maintaining accurate records on the reservation system.
o Liaising with the Marketing team on the promotion, PR & Marketing of Italian Villa product.
o Assistance in Travel Trade relationship management and sales.
o Working collaboratively within a fast moving and dynamic sales team.
o Planning and participation in overseas inspection trips and consumer / trade fairs from time to time.

o Although a foreign language is not mandatory, fluency in Italian (or French / Spanish) would be a bonus
o Excellent sales skills, demonstrating a mature, empathetic sales approach and an ability to lead the sale.
o Able to build and maintain strong commercial relationships with Italian villa owners and suppliers
o Excellent English grammar and writing skills.
o Good creative eye for photography.
o Good numeracy skills.
o Ability to communicate effectively from both a written and oral standpoint.
o Proactive, creative character with high degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
o Luxury Villa rentals experience is an advantage, though not essential.
o Entrepreneurial attitude.
o Deep rooted and visceral customer service ethic.
o Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
