International E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Washington, Tyne & Wear
Salary: Up to £38,000 depending upon experience plus bonus
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, graduate level e-commerce professional to join our clients, one of the fastest growing consumer businesses in the world. Working within the international marketing and sales team, you will develop and execute the e-commerce strategy - this will include business planning, promotional campaigns, customer service, web analytics, web technologies and developing digital content. Also managing all aspects of web analytics, developing a suite of digital assets to assist trade customers and support on-line sales as well as managing the internal creative team.
You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, programmes and plans for existing and prospect business, making recommendations to e-etailers on assortment, placing and pricing, as well as developing and executing direct to consumer e-commerce strategies. Working closely with customer services, you will ensure the fulfilment of goods ordered via the e-commerce channel. You will also provide expertise on current e-commerce industry best practices, consult on cross-functional projects and manage all aspects of web analytics.
The successful candidate will be highly IT literate and have experience in e-commerce business models including trends, distribution channels, customer base, promotion and products, and will have demonstrated strong business judgement and decision-making skills. Well organised with a high attention to detail, you will have an understanding of digital marketing, specifically email, Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates and Digital Display. Experience of Conversion Rate Optimisation and Multi Variant Testing together with a knowledge of analysing campaign results is also essential.
