Valuing flexibility, transparency and integrity in everything we do, and we are currently looking for a Marketing Director to join us in Gloucester, becoming part of a company that is wanting to create value for clients as well as enabling both our customers and our people to thrive.


You will be working with the Chief Distribution Director carrying out all accounting matters relating to the Property Team. We all work very closely together so there may be times when you are needed to help other members of the team as we grow.


As a Marketing Director, your main duties will include:


  • Taking responsibility for the creation and implementation of a national marketing and business development strategy that delivers commercial results for the firm.
  • Working with partners to establish budget requirements for each financial year and managing the expenditure sign off process.
  • Motivating, developing and supporting the team by identifying personal development goals and training that will evolve their experience, skills and knowledge to enable them to execute effective campaigns.
  • Evaluating external influences on the business to identify any potential opportunities or threats for the firm. Once evaluated, making recommendations on how to the firm should respond.
  • Implementing the most appropriate communications mix to achieve business objectives.
  • Delivering a digital strategy which continues to elevate the firm’s online presence resulting in increased brand awareness and increased numbers of new client enquiries, giving strong consideration to content.
  • Developing pro-active media strategies to support market-specific campaigns.


To be a successful Marketing Director, you will have the following skills and experiences:
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities within demanding timeframes.
  • Experience of working within a financial services organization.
  • Previous experience in strategic marketing and communications.
  • Experience of managing and developing a team to develop and implement integrated plans.
  • To possess a client service orientation with high levels of energy, enthusiasm and tenacity.
  • Relevant qualifications.
In return, we will offer a Director a salary of £60,000 - £80,000 Per Annum, a pension scheme, 23 days holiday (increasing to 25 after two years) and games/reading rooms for everyone to use and Pizza Fridays!
