My client based in Hayes are looking for an administrator to join their team.

The role will consist of,

*To carry out clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, e- mailing typing and collating documents
*To assist on the daily basis in all aspects of their duties
*To deal with stock held on behalf of distribution contracts
*To deal with returns by customers
*To ensure that the documentation and records are maintained, analysed, trended, stored and archived correctly
*To assist in organising in-house training
*To assist in regular monitoring, recording and auditing of processes and SOPs
*To answer and make telephone calls when necessary
*To take messages and ensure they are actioned in a timely manner
*To carry out stock checks, when required
*To reprint Credit Notes on a daily basis
*To assist in the warehouse, when necessary
