Our client is a well respected investment management company with a current requirement for Finance Senior Business Analyst, to be based in London.

The Finance Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Supporting the finance function to generate process improvement within finance
- Working with systems change and the wider function to identify areas to target for improvement
- Designing processes using a fresh perspective and principles based approach
- Embedding a philosophy of continuous improvement in the finance function
- Participating in workshops and workstreams to generate improvement

As such, the successful Finance Senior Business Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- You must be a qualified accountant with experience of process improvement and change implementation in finance related projects
- In addition you will have excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills
- You should be confident to question and understand outputs and processes, and think differently
- Furthermore you must be able to liaise effectively and build relationships at all levels
