Our client is a luxury 5 star hotel. We are currently recruiting for a passionate Demi Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team in the hotels rustic, brasserie style restaurant.

Serving seasonal, simplistic, delicious comfort food this open plan kitchen is looking for a strong demi wanting to progress their career under a great Head Chef.

The ideal Demi Chef De Partie will have the following:

• Experience working in a fresh food environment
• 4/5 star hotel experience desirable.
• Happy working on all sections in a open plan kitchen
• Busy restaurant/ gastro pub experience.
• Dedicated and passionate about the catering industry.
• Flexible to work hours as required
